Season 1 Summary

In a dystopian future, the year 2085, Earth is a territory devastated by climate change, wars, and ecological collapse. Rivers have dried up, the oceans have lost their oxygen, and food scarcity has fragmented societies.
Luke (20) wanders, dying, across a barren plain. He is rescued and taken to City of God, a Christian community that lives in harmony with the Gospels and nature. He is recognized by Magdalene, a childhood friend now married to Thomas. Through his memories, we learn that as a child he was captured along with his missionary parents and sold as a slave in New Home — a distant, high-tech city protected by a climate-controlled dome and owned by a corporate conglomerate. There, he is adopted by an influential family and grows up as a privileged citizen alongside his friends and neighbors, Claudia and Augustus.
Through Luke, Thomas learns that his mother is alive and living in New Home. He decides to travel to find her, and Luke, out of love for his friends, follows to save him. After overcoming great dangers, he succeeds, but is forced to remain in New Home. Meanwhile, Claudia faces ruin after her father's death and turns toward faith, while Augustus, Luke's old friend, rises through the ranks of the city's Security Directorate — becoming his main antagonist.
Claudia and Luke study medicine as a mysterious skin and respiratory disease begins to spread through New Home. It first affects the poor and vulnerable, but soon the hospitals collapse. Luke, Claudia, and the duplicitous Augustus become involved in the investigation. They discover the problem doesn't come from outside but within: the city's air-conditioning system is failing. The artificial climate meant to protect them has become their trap.
As social tension rises and the security forces repress the protests, Luke contacts his biological father, Isaiah — a doctor and spiritual leader — who explains that the only cure is direct sunlight and natural air. But taking the sick to City of God or beyond means breaking New Home's laws, risking lives, and defying the ruling elite.
The season follows a web of alliances and betrayals: Magdalene fights to keep food supplies flowing; Hannibal, a former soldier, opens secret routes between both worlds; Octavio, a criminal, is recruited by Augustus as a spy; and Helen, Luke's adoptive mother, falls gravely ill, becoming the driving force of his crusade.
Amid the chaos, Luke proposes a bold plan: to evacuate the sick and poor, forgive their debts, and give them a second chance outside the bubble. The plan divides those in power but is ultimately approved, reluctantly.
The season culminates with a massive caravan leaving New Home — families, elders, and the gravely ill — advancing through the desert toward the unknown, under the watchful eyes of drones... and with the threat of betrayal lurking within.

Season 2 Summary

The caravan led by Isaiah slowly departs from New Home toward a new settlement. While the sick begin to recover under Luke and Claudia's care, Isaiah's leadership is questioned by Octavio's insidious intrigues. In City of God, they decide not to receive them, fearing overpopulation, but they do agree to help them settle in a fertile valley further south.
New Home, now in crisis due to the lack of cheap labor, attempts to recapture them; a providential earthquake thwarts the pursuit. The caravan continues through unknown territory, enduring hardships, internal conflicts, and tensions fueled by Octavio — while Lucas and Claudia emerge as both a couple and leaders.
In City of God, Magdalene suffers a devastating loss when her young daughter dies in an accident, shaking her faith and her outlook on life.
The valley toward which the caravan travels is inhabited by a small community that unexpectedly takes Luke prisoner. Thanks to a life-saving medical act and a dangerous, delicate negotiation, they manage to settle in the valley and live in peace, founding with renewed hope the village of New World. Luke and Claudia consolidate their relationship and get married.
Years later, peace is threatened when New Home, in search of slaves and food, launches a military offensive against City of God. Luke and his people come to their aid, and he is reunited with Augustus, who leads the attack. After several skirmishes, Luke invites Augustus to appear before the Council of Elders, who offer assistance in exchange for a peace agreement. The conflict is resolved without bloodshed, Augustus slowly begins to understand the concepts of peace and forgiveness, and the season closes with the hope that a new and different world is still possible.
