In a climate-ravaged, war-torn future, Luke (20) badly injured collapses in the desert, is rescued and taken to City of God, a small Christian community living in harmony with faith and nature. We discover his hidden past: once captured with his missionary parents, he was sold as a slave to New Home, a distant hyper-technological city ruled by a powerful corporate elite. Adopted by an influential family, Luke grew up with privilege alongside his friends Claudia and Augustus.
When Thomas, a young man from City of God, learns his mother might still be alive inside New Home, he sets off to find her. Luke follows, risking his life to protect him. Once inside, Luke is forced to stay behind. Claudia faces the collapse of her world after her father's death and searches for meaning in faith, while Augustus rises to power as head of New Home's Security Directorate, becoming Luke's greatest rival.
But New Home's climate control system begins to fail, unleashing chaos and disease. Luke steps up as an unexpected leader. Together with Claudia, he organizes a daring escape for the city's abandoned poor. Augustus is ordered to hunt them down. A massive earthquake saves the refugees in the desert, and they journey into unknown lands, avoiding numerous risks, danger and threats, they achieve to found New World, a settlement built on love, solidarity, and the teachings of Jesus.

Years later, a desperate for slaves New Home, led by Augustus, attack City of God, igniting an epic showdown between two opposing visions of life and humanity's future.
